Cassell, the Executor therein named who made oath and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of four hundred dollars (without security agreeable to the request of the testator) conditioned according to law which bond is ordered to be recorded. Certificate is granted the said V. O. Cassell for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
